Cikal bakal PETER Bimbingan Belajar dimulai tahun 1995 dengan didukung oleh kalangan dosen Fakultas SAINS dan Matematika dengan nama Lembaga Pendidikan PETER. Dalam tempo 3 tahun kemudian beliau mengembangkan programnya ke wilayah yang lebih luas dan dikenal pula sebagai kota pendidikan, yakni Malang. Malang dipilih untuk 2 alasan yakni berkeluarga, juga dimaan suasana kondusif pembelajaran SMP dan SMA masih ada dengan didukung keberadaan sekolah-sekolah berkualitas baik, namun sejauh pengalaman pembelajaran ternyata eksakta di Malang masih saja dirasa sebagai momok. Hal ini menjadikan tantangan tersendiri bagi beliau disamping dapat mengabdikan ilmu pada almamater (beliau adalah lulusan SMA Kolese Santo Yusuf Malang). Tahun 1998 Lembaga Pendidikan PETER resmi dipindahkan dari Salatiga ke Malang. Tahun 2005 Lembaga Pendidikan Peter berubah nama menjadi PETER Bimbingan Belajar dengan logo yang lebih progesif dan mengembangkan sayapnya ke Jakarta, di kawasan Kelapa Gading. Dengan didukung oleh staf-staf yang profesional, fokus PETER Bimbingan Belajar adalah Matematika-Fisika-Kimia untuk SMP dan SMA. Dan PETER Bimbingan Belajar berani menyebut diri sebagai The Excact Spesialist.. Saat ini PETER Bimbingan Belajar mulai mengembangkan programnya pada tingkatan SD, dengan tetap mengutamakan program Matematika dan Sains dalam proses pembelajarannya.
